Our facility runs 24/7 however IT is staffed only during core business hours, as defined within Samanage.
The ability to have a customized Email Template for Requester that would exclusively fire off outside of those core hours would be helpful in letting those users know that there is not currently staff onsite to immediately begin working the issue as well as reinforcing a call to action of reaching out to the On-Call hotline in the case of High/Critical issues.
