I would like to request for a Parent / Child feature to be added to the ticketing system. In a previous ticketing system, specifically for on-boarding / off-boarding, we had the ability to create a parent ticket. For example, the parent ticket would be On-boarding or Off-boarding and there would be many child tickets associated with the parent ticket. There would be a child ticket for Networking, Telecom, Enterprise Apps, HR, etc. The parent ticket could not be completed unless all child tickets associated with it are completed as well. That was an awesome feature and I was wondering if Samanage could add that feature if it is not already available. If it is, I have not found it. Thank you.

This will allow for additional departments to get involved with their necessary actionable items and helps keep a better checks and balances systems when multiple departments are working in the ticketing system.
