I know there are many feature requests regarding reducing the number of emails we receive from Samanage, but I believe that this request is unique. Quite often an end user will receive more than one email within a short period of time if I add a comment, change the state of the incident, and do something else to set off a trigger. My request is that we have a checkbox that says something like "Only send one email notification if there are multiple triggers within XX amount of time" and let that amount of time be configurable in seconds or minutes.

This will reduce email fatigue for our end users and make them less likely to ignore communications from Samanage.
