Convert Incidents into Service Request

    Short term plan

    We have a re-occurring theme where users enter an incident versus a service request.  Would be nice to be able to convert the incident to a service request.  Once converted an email would automatically be initiated to his or her manager for approval.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    Service agents time. Currently, we close the incident and inform the requestor to use the service catalog and re-submit as a service request.
