Add Comments during the Process of a Service Request

    Hello, I would like to see if we could have an option to automatically add a preset comment to a Service Request as part of the built out Process.  For example, when and approval fails, right now, if the person who denied the request doesn't leave a comment (as often people just want to click the approve or deny button and leave it at that), then the requester never sees why or where their ticket was denied, just that it automatically went to a resolved state.  Being able to put a standard comment in here lets us keep these requests as automated as possible.  



    What problem will this feature solve?:
    Excess manual intervention with service requests.
