Agents cannot currently see the members of a group. They can search by group, but they cannot see who is in the group. The "View Profile" button is very helpful for admins and it would be great if this feature was tied to a role that could be given to agents.

Agents do not know who is in the group they are assigning a ticket to. This would clear up confusion and prevent the agent from having to ask an administrator to list the members of the group.
