Notification for service catalog tasks

    We would like to see a feature in Samanage that would enable notifications for tasks that are outstanding.

    There are existing incidents which haven't been closed due to these pending tasks for months on end. 

    It would be very beneficial for us to have this feature to not only stay on top of our tickets but also improve our ability to coordinate with each agent and reduce the backlog.


    This could be similar to how you can resend the approval notification email for "Approval" processes but instead "Resend tasks"
