Allow "Reminder" Text in Catalog Items

    The Custom Forms and Fields of the application allows you to create a TEXT field with Default Text. This greatly assists people in putting data in that field.



    However, this is not an option in the Service Catalog. As a result, we have to create a VERBOSE explanation at the top of the screen for each TEXT FIELD, instead of putting "Default Text" in them.


    This seems to be a far more useful field in the Service Catalog, than it would be in Incident Form.

    Can we get this added as an available VARIABLE type?

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    Make it far easier for a Customer to complete a Service Request. Instead of constantly scrolling up the screen to determine the format of the information that must go into a TEXT Field, they can just have greyed out reminder text to explain it to them. Additionally, this will cut down on the length of the catalog items (in screen real estate), and decrease the amount of information sent via email when a Catalog item is completed. As it stands, we have had to create SOLUTIONS that explain catalog items, because the catalog item has become too long as we explain every text field that is required.
