State of new incidents

    Please add "Assigned" to the state listing for new incidents

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    Currently when I add a new incident as a Service Desk Admin (ex. from a phone call), the only options for state are new and closed. I can complete all of the information in the incident but cannot select Assigned for the state until I update the incident. Being able to select Assigned as the state would eliminate one step in the process
