We have a number of different teams now using Samanage and there are many cases where tickets are passed from one team to another before completion.
What we would like to report on is how long the ticket has spent with each team. We can get the elapsed time for the ticket as a whole but would like this broken down by how long each team has had the ticket for.
This will allow us to track where a team is maybe holding up the process by keeping the ticket for more than the required timescales
