Allow for OR Incident Filtering Criteria

    Short term plan

    Currently Incident filtering criteria are each AND functions. Allowing for an AND/OR function will give Agents the option to see both tickets Assigned to themselves and/or to see or view Groups, Categories, etc.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    Will allow Agents to see all of their various Incidents in one single report instead of having to create several reports and toggle between them.
