Move the TASK tab to the Service Desk

    Switching back and forth between the Dashboard (for Tasks) and Service Desk (for Incidents) seems to be an unnecessary extra step. Would be great to view everything in the Service Desk.


    Moving Tasks tab to Service Desk would be a great improvement.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    Will speed up the workflow. There's no reason I can see to have Incidents and Tasks in separate areas of the Agent interface.
