Service Desk Flow / Drop down menu

    Long term plan

    The ability to modify tickets from the service desk/incident view as a drop down. Category, Subcategory, Assigned to and State fields are already setup as drop-down menus. We are requesting department and problem fields captured in the image attached also be drop-down. 

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    This would decrease the time in which it takes to edit/modify ticket status at the main service desk/incident view. Less clicks = more productivity and less time sorting and filling out fields!
