Ability to merge multiple incident tickets

    We request to have the ability to merge more than one ticket at a time, and when the tickets are merged, that the comments be merged as well. For example, if you had three tickets created regarding same thing from same requester, but different comments, it would be nice to have all comments on one ticket rather than having to open up each closed ticket.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    You can choose more than one ticket to merge.
