we are an MSP, we currently use departments to order our clients.
It would be great if we could allow power users at our clients to be able to view all open incidents for their company (department).
I got pretty close by creating a requester role where the incident scope was set to users department. The issue here is that it shows every single ticket created for that department and no way of filter(create reports) e.g only open ones. See screen shot
It would be great if some way we could allow a requester the ability to have a view of their company (department) and filter.
