If you have a scheduled service request today, the first entry in the log for an incident generated by the scheduled request looks like this:
Here's the problem today- What was the service request that created it?
In this particular case, I was able to search on the incident's title to track down the request that was accidentally scheduled, which was the same as the service request.
My proposal is that the audit log also provides the incident # of the original service request that generated the incident.
|What problem will this feature solve?:|
Being able to diagnose and track down the original service request that generated a scheduled incident. Without this improvement, you have to hope the scheduled request matches the original one based on the title, which could get modified later on. Hopefully this information is already in the system somewhere and just needs to be displayed on the log itself, assuming that the logs track which request is generated scheduled incidents.
