This is a feature that really should have been incorporated by now. Something similar is already there for closing tickets after x days.
We thought this would be included in the automation update but it is still very limited at the moment.

We simply wish to send an automated warning email to requesters where they have not responded to feedback/more info requests. If they do not bother to respond within an agreed time frame, we do not wish to waste time and resources in chasing them up and simply want to close the incident.
