Forward cases to external email addresses

    I would be nice with the possibility to forward a case directly from the service desk.

    I would like to be able to select several cases from a view and forward all selected cases to a given email address.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    I get 10-20 cases each day that need to be forwarded to another company. Today I have to assign the cases, wait for the email notification and then forward that email. That quite cumbersome.
