Disable external customer satisfaction survey

    Disable external customer satisfaction survey. At the moment some of the vendors also registering ticket in our ticketing system. As per the configuration, the Customer Satisfaction link will go to the internal and external customer. We want to disable this going to the external customers.


    Can you see if this an option you can enable for individual customers?  

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    No response from External customers and sometime they score not satisfied.
