New incident requester should be blank/empty

    When creating new incident from within interface used by service desk technicians (not portal), would like the requester field to be mandatory, but empty to begin with.  It is extremely rare when techs will create a ticket where they are the requester.  This forces the useless extra steps of highlighting the defaulted requester name (logged in tech's name) and hitting delete for each and every new incident created.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    Usability, time savings
