I create a lot of Samanage Support tickets (bug requests, seemingly broken features, curiosity, etc.). As a result, it's quite difficult to track the status of various tickets and this is especially important when I submit requests on behalf of other users.
Samanage Support could greatly benefit from a web UI (similar to Samanage itself) where I can track all of my open and closed tickets.

I am unable to track my own tickets I've supported to Samanage. I get enough email as is and trying to keep track of 5 open tickets via email is near impossible. This would make the great Samanage Support even more accessible.
