We are constantly getting asked by our management to report on SLA Breaches.
So far we have got away with reporting through the Service Level Breaches report but we are now needed to report this through the Incident View. We are needing to have the Breach Date and an indication of the fact an incident has breached.
This is becoming an increasing need for our management team
