Requesters currently cannot edit their own incidents beside the state. This seems like a big miss in terms of basic incident functionality. They should be able to change the title, description, and all other fields of a ticket (or at least give the admins the option to allow/deny access to these features for the requesters).

The very common feature of typos in the title or description. Often, screenshots don't show up in the body and users have to add them to the comments instead of editing their incident and replacing the broken image. The current workaround of having the agent edit the incident just creates extra unnecessary legwork for both the requester and the agent.
