Rich Text Editor in Service Catalog

    When you use the generic new incident request features on the users portal site. The user is presented with a great rich text editor.

    But the Text Box option for Service Catalog variable objects lacks this rich text editor. 


    This is very inconsistent and causes end user confusion.  This rich text editor should be an option (text, rich text) or replace the text variable so it's always the rich text area.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    Removes end user confusion when entering text. Standardizes the look and feel of the ticket creation process. Cleans up page view when creating or viewing the Service Catalog incident.
