The units that are used on the Incident Statistics / Sum of Time Tracking Report and Service Agents Summary (group by: user) Report is very difficult to decipher and is not very useful.  Effort is typically shown in man-hours, man-weeks, or man-months.  The report currently shows the effort in days, hours, minutes, and seconds.  This is technically accurate, but not as useful as straight hours with maybe two decimal places.

For a simple example, there are typically ~160 man-hours of effort available in a month (no overtime, 40 hours per week, 4 weeks per month).  The report currently uses a 24 hour day, so 160 hours of effort (full utilization for a month) shows up on the report as 6 days and 16 hours. A better representation of the data would be 160 hours of effort, rather than 6 days and 16 hours of effort.

Either change the default units on the Incident Statistics / Sum of Time Tracking Report and the Service Agents Summary (group by: user) Report to hours with two decimal places or allow the user to select the units displayed on a report by report basis.

What problem will this feature solve?:
This would provide a better representation of the time tracking data that is available in the tool.
