We would like to be able to include incidents that were a "quick close" in our reporting. Currently, if a technician quick closes a ticket, their name is not tagged to that incident as the technician. This is skewing our reporting since many of our tickets are submitted by the technician via quick close.
When we run a report for all closed tickets for technician 'x' today, it's not including any of their quick close tickets in the report since it was automatically closed by the program.
