While user submitting the ticket in Samanage, there is huge empty area in the right side. Could you auto populate the Solutions which we have created based on the subject typed by the user? This way, we can reduce some tickets coming to service desk.

While user submit the ticket, auto populate solutions based on the subject typed by the user. User get solution and resolve ticket themselves, User know that solutions are existed, Less tickets.
