We have a relationship with a major external supplier and exchange a lot of emails with them. However while we want their emails updating tickets to be appended to our tickets, we do not want all of our internal updates CCing to them too. I would appreciate the option in settings of NOT adding every contributor to the CC list.
Another aspect to this is that this external supplier send an auto-response to every email; which adds an entry to our ticket... which sends an email to them with the ticket update... which generates an auto-response from them which adds an update to our ticket (you get the idea). This led to 50 comments being added to one of our tickets before I turned it off by adding them to the block list. If they weren't automatically CCd, this would not have happened.
