We have support analysts who use Samanage daily but only show a few logins per year. After chatting with support I was told that if the credentials are stored in a cookie, thus bypassing the sign-on screen, then the last login date/time is not recorded. This seems like a bug, but even if it's by design I am proposing that you change that. When a cookie is used for logging in you should still record that event in the audit history and update the last login date on the user record. In this way we can keep on top of which users are active in the system and which are not.
