Allow a filter in the service desk view to sort by state

    I would like to be able to set the default view of service desk to sort incidents according to their state, this will give me allow me to have a bird's eye view on bottlenecks in our process.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    I like to be able to view the desk with incidents that are grouped and be able to save that as a default view.
