Priority Delta Reporting

    We would like the ability to report on or filter on incidents that have had a change in priority. It could even be as simple as a flag, this incident's priority went down or up.

     

    A client enters a critical ticket that is deemed not critical by the agent and the priority is reduced. While there are notifications for this management cannot review or report on the number of tickets that have been adjusted or deep dive into those tickets.
