Identify tickets that have been passed between teams

    We have a need to be able to easily identify which tickets have been passed between teams.


    Our management team wants this facility so we can identify trends and also see where maybe we have allocated the wrong team when building a form.


    It will also show where work touches on a number of different team and we can build a better workflow
