Can we please eliminate the "All Service Request Items" button and automatically show all service request categories instead?
Currently when you select the "New Service" tab, this shows (only 5 items):
After you click on "All Service Request Items," it shows all items nicely in alphabetical order. This view is much easier for users to navigate and select their service.

The reason why this came up is because I was in the portal on the home page, selected a popular service, then clicked on "Back to New Service" to view the list again but it only showed 5 services with that button "All Service Request Items" to view all. It would be much more convenient to eliminate that button and just show all services instead of 5.
