Dynamic Refresh of Incidents

    Short term plan

    We would like to see the Service Desk - Incidents page be updated on a dynamic, instantaneous basis, instead of manually.


    We currently use browser plugins to refresh frequently, but are still seeing multiple service agents assign themselves to the same jobs, causing confusion.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
    New job comes in - service agent 1 assigns him/herself. Service agent 2 sees the job as unassigned and also assigns him/herself.
