Force Users to add their Assets in the Configuration Field during the creation of a Ticket
Auto Populated the Users Computers in the Configuration Field and Force the User to have to Choose the one they are referring too.

For Security Reasons - I need the users to start adding their devices in the ticket creation, so we can start tracking a user in case of a security breach. Right now, I am relying on IT to do this, but it has not been successful.
