Disable Requester Email, but allow CC email notification

    We would like the option to disable Requester Email notifications, but allow the CC notifications to be sent.

    We have a situation where we want to be able to update the ticket and notify a vendor that has a correlating ticket. we would like to be able to notify them of ticket status and updates, without notifying the Requester. We need to keep Requester info for reporting purposes.
