We have the challenge within the company to be able to report on questions that are asked in a Service Catalogue Item.
An example of this is we ask the question 'What system is affected by the change?' For this we provide the requester with a drop down list.
The team now want to be able to run a report on how many of each system is affected. We can run an export from the incident view in csv format and analyse in excel but that is time consuming. We would like the ability to not only fiilter on that question but also use it in the Reporting tool to quickly produce graphs
