Solution Metrics - Know when what we know is working

    Within the view of solutions I can add columns for # of likes, # of dislikes and whether or not the solution is intended for the portal.

     

    What would be even more useful would be to see how often a particular solution was used. If I click on each one I can get this info, but for tracking/ score keeping purposes, it would be most useful to be able to sort solutions by how many (# of) times they were employed to suggest solution to an incident.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
