I previously used the Cherwell Service Management ticketing system. One of the great feature that I miss from Cherwell is the "one step" feature. This would allow you with the click of a button on a task-bar to automatically perform literally any action you can manually perform in the ticketing system. Think of how much time this could save.... The vast majority of my tickets involve me doing the exact same steps over and over again.
