At least 60-75% of the time I attempt to search for an incident by it's number in Samanage, it does NOT return the results queried (or results that have nothing to do with the incident or haven't been linked to the incident in any fashion).
The way around this is to query the end user who requested the incident, hover over their contact icon and select REQUESTED. This issue can be replicated across multiple web browsers at their latest reiterations at the time of this comment.
