    Hi

    When a ticket has been languishing in someone's queue and is being chased by the customer (or even worse their manager) I would like a button that the Incident Manager can press which immediately alerts the assignee and his "Reports to" to look at this ticket; preferably with a pop-up when they next access Samanage.
