    I was asked the question today if it was possible to trigger a survey to be sent to a particular customer related to a ticket outside of the usual parameters we have set for the surveys?    We only allow a customer currently to receive a survery once every 14 days.

     

    Also could it be possible to exclude the survey being sent to a certain group of users?

    What problem will this feature solve?:
