    Having implemented the self-service portal and encouraged my team to create a large number of solutions, we now wish to understand whether our solutions are being accessed by users.

    Users can, of course, answer the "Was this information helpful?" at the foot of the page, but this appears to be rarely used.

    Some basic reporting would be useful ... number of impressions, number of unique users, last access date. etc.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
