Currently, the phrase "...was assigned to you" can mean either "...was assigned to you" or "...was assigned to a group, of which you are a member".
My teams all use the emails from Samanage in different ways, and some like to receive a notification when something is assigned to them personally. However, it's very difficult to do that with this ambiguity in the emails.
Can the emails be differentiated, so that "...assigned to you" means "assigned to you personally" and have a new text for group assignments like for instance "...was assigned to your Group, 'IT Servicedesk'." This makes it far easier to do Outlook Filtering on the emails as they arrive.
