We have many similar Service Requests coming in (for example: Onboarding). The title of these requests is the same in the queue and makes it difficult to find the ticket you are looking for. It would be great to have the system automatically grab a customizable field to add to the title (on an onboarding request that would be the name of the person being hired, for example) to make it easier to distinguish between tickets in the queue.
