Within our Employe ON and OFF boarding Service catalogue we decided to detail each task done by the local IT so that no steps are forgotten and each step are marked as complete, so that we have an exact view of where the process stands when it is ongoing.
Many of these tasks are concurrent and will off course trigger a notification email (we need most task to be notified to the person in charge).
However some of our technicians asked if we there was a way to reduce the amount of emails received (not the amount of tasks, they are totally OK with it and manage them from within the Service Catalogue and not from the email). So my question is: when there are concurrent tasks ongoing to the same assigne would it be possible to have the option (case to case) to have a grouped notification email for these instead of one email per each task.
