In the New Automation Feature, please add the condition of State to the list of options to choose from to trigger an action.
Also, forgot to say that there should be options available for the Trigger. Right now it just has 'Incident or Service Request creation'.
Both of these items plus more are in our plans for enhancing the automations. We plan on adding triggers for both update on incidents/service requests as well as time based. In time, also adding new conditions and actions.

Just to add to this great suggestion could we in the list of Conditions one for 'Pending Approval'. Then when we can change the state we can automate all requests that come in and are Pending Approval can have their state changed rather than the agent going in and manually doing it
