It would be useful to have "send email", with a predefined title and content (or even betteR: using variable entered on the rest of the service catalogue; this would be simply tremendous!), in the list of action (task, group, condition set, etc) of the service catalogue. We have teams that need a simple notification when some service catalogues are started but nor they have real tasks to complete neither they need to be CC'ed to receive all notifications.
For example some HR and IT teams or people need to know when employees ON or Off boarding are started but just as an information that the process is ongoing and follows its automation.
