I know there is a feature request out there for adding more resolution codes but I would like to go a little further. Yes, being able to configure the codes is going to be very important and I hope that request moves forward but I also want to be able to set permission to which resolution codes are visible and which are usable per what area of the system. For instance, I don't want to see all of the same resolution codes for changes, incidents and service request and I also want to be able to set certain resolution codes available per what categorization.
This would allow us to configure to the specific business needs of those using the system and their processes that have been brought into our Samanage environment without causing confusion or mis-coded resolutions.
