I would like to see about adding integration with Microsoft Skype for Business. This is a widely used tool that has many benefits including remote sharing, file sharing, and communication. I would love to see Samanage be able to interact with Skype for Business. Ideally I could see this where you could start a chat off of the ticket and then after the conversation takes a lull or ends, an automatic saving of that conversation to the ticket, maybe best as a compiled message as opposed to the full dialog.
When reviewing some of the recent comments across the community, I see different efforts about integrating with separate Microsoft products.O365 is a very collaborative suite and it would be a great idea to be able to integrate with that entire platform.
